  • Cleaning fee included
  • Enclosed area inside our house
  • We are located 14 mins from Sydney CBD
  • Natural tie is preferred & will always be attempted first, however artificial insemination (AI) is included within this fee as a secondary option if necessary & deemed suitable

Puppy Buy back program

  • If you are a breeder, and are interested in assistance to find a new home for your litter sired by Cocoa, we will happily assist you with this. We offer a buy back program where we will purchase puppies from your litter to ensure that they find a good home with ease.
  • We often have a long waiting list for Cocoa's puppies with large interest from friends and family.
  • Feel free to contact us from the onset of the process or at any time further down the track!
  • We have trained & found homes for over a dozen of Cocoa’s babies.
  • We are registered breeders with http://responsiblepetbreeders.com.au and follow the RPBA Code of Ethics and standards.
